Summary	0001356: "allowSystemOperations" was set to "1" recently on 2.3.x
Description	In commit 503020b354a3d943a6b31d3a8996d43ffd2c21f9, the global "etc/controlDict" was modified and "allowSystemOperations" was set to "1". As the comment for the commit was "twoPhaseMixture: return phase names by reference", I assume that this change was accidental?

henry 2014-07-27 12:27 manager ~0003177	Not accidental but should have been committed separately. In future releases it will be switched-on by default as more and more tutorials rely on it.
