| Description | I have created refined mesh around ignition region using a dynamic mesh refinement. But I see that ignition does not recognize these additional cells created by dynamic mesh refinement. I also see mesh.C() command does not recognise these additional cells, while mesh.V() is working fine. This problem is there in OF2.1x and 2.2.x. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Take any case which involves ignition and refine ignition regio using dynamic mesh refinement. | ||||
