| Description | When I add a dynamic mesh option to the aachenBomb tutotial, the drops start to behave really weirdly : it goes straights forward... Originally I noticed this problem with a classic spray injection of n-heptane droplets. At the beginning, everything looks ok but as soon as the domain is refined during the simulation, the droplets behave strangely : it follows straight lines. It is closely linked to the automatic refinement because when I turn it off and design a fine mesh from the very beginning instead, the bug doesn't appear anymore. Also because this bug appear just after the mesh refinement. | ||||

Anybody is working on this issue ? Any help would be great ! (I attached a video of a spray showing the problem : after a few time steps, in the first half of the domain the drops follow each other along several straight lines) Thanks in advance, Paul |

Greetings Paul, There are currently 127 open bug reports here on the bug tracker. Therefore, if you don't at least provide a test case with which this error can be reproduced, this bug report will likely not go any higher in the task list of the developers and/or contributors. In addition, test cases that use other dynamic mesh mechanisms would help in isolating if the problem has to do only with the automatic refinement mechanism or with dynamic meshing in general.
