Summary0001803: paraFoam -block doesn't work with recent changes to blockMeshDict location
DescriptionThe paraFoam block mesh reader exits with an error on cases with the blockMeshDict located in the system directory.
Steps To ReproduceRun paraFoam -block on any tutorial.
Additional InformationThe paraFoam script and vtkPV4blockMesh.C need updating in order to read the blockMeshDict from it's new location in system.
