0000331: cumulative adjoint continuity error not initialized

Description

In adjointShapeOptimizationFoam, the variable cumulativeContErr reflects the accumulation of both the primary and adjoint continuity error. Perhaps it would be better to separate the two, which requires an additional variable (e.g. scalar cumulativeAdjointContErr) to be declared and initialized and then used within adjointContinuityErrs.H.
