0000520: sample doesn't capture small meshes

Description

I am using a fairly fine mesh that is very irregular. I get an error None of the neighbours of face X contains point (Yx Yy Yz)

Steps To Reproduce

Make a very fine mesh and run sample with it. The finer, the better.

(0001363) mattijs (manager) 2012-06-06 14:34	The problem is from having the sampling lines on or too close to faces/edges. Attached sampleDict with slightly perturbed lines which seems to work ok. Thanks for reporting
