Summary0000741: propeller tutorial dose not converge by scotch method
DescriptionI have changed decomposition method from hierarchical method to scotch method in propeller tutorial. In case of hierarchical method, the tutorial runs in parallel to the last. I have checked 4 cores and 10 cores. But in case of scotch method, the calculation dose not converge. Please see the attached file.

This case runs fine with scotch decompositon in OpenFOAM-dev and probably earlier releases which you tast yourself.
